At CSRT, we provide a holistic approach to mental health by integrating the strength of powerlifting at Raw Performance with individual psychotherapy through CSRT. We are providing consistent, purpose-driven, and passionate services to those who allow us that privilege.
Project Resilience is a marriage between traditional mental health talking on the couch therapy with fitness. Combat Veterans who have PTSD, TBI, anxiety, depression, sleep issues; the entire gambit of symptoms make up this group. Each Veteran is required to attend two individual therapy sessions a month with a Clinical Psychologist at Raw Performance and workout in a group setting twice a week with well-trained and educated Strength and Conditioning Coaches...

I have been a Clinical Psychologist for the past 12 years with a specialty in Combat PTSD. Additionally, I am a co-owner of Raw Performance Gym. In 2019, we opened our powerlifting gym to provide individual therapy to veterans, who also have free access to the open gym.
